Ingredients

4 tbsp sour cream 60 mL
1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/4 lemon
1 pinch cayenne pepper 0.1 g
1/4 Boston lettuce 50 g
2 servings Grilled Chicken Breast with Mustard, sliced
1 avocados 170 g

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, lemon juice and cayenne.
  2. Put the lettuce leaves on a working surface. Portion out the chicken, avocado and sour cream mixture onto the leaves. Roll each leave into a wrap and serve.
