1/2 cucumbers, medium size 130 g
1 stalk celery 70 g
2 tbsp mayonnaise 28 g
2 tbsp mediterranean yogurt, 10% 30 g
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2.5 mL

Method

  1. Prepare the vegetables: Cut the celery and cucumber into sticks. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, mayo and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Serve the veggies with the dip.
